Delivery and Payment policy varies from product to product. You must read appropriate product Terms and Conditions if available before clicking Add to cart.  The delivery timeline is as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions. We use reliable and suitable logistic partner for deliveries of the products. On rare occasions, there might be a slight delay in deliveries due to national bundh, natural calamities, short staffing, and other reasons.

If you are located in a remote area, we will try our level best to keep up with the delivery timeline. 

We accept all forms of Digital payments as mentioned in CashlessIndia.gov.in with few exceptions. Ex: Google Pay, Phone Pe, all Indian major credit cards, and debit cards are accepted. For international credit/debit cards,  you may be charged an additional fee and you can talk to the card issuer for the same.
